Strength & Conditioning (Fitness)
Want to increase your energy levels and overall health for a better quality of life? Then the strength and conditioning option is for you! Programs will be tailored to your preferences and include a variety of weights, calisthenics, and cardio to get you in the best shape of your life!
Ever considered running 5k? how about 10? maybe a half or full marathon? who knows maybe even a… Ultra marathon? If you love running like I do then this option is for you. Personalized plans will help you build the endurance to run further & faster than you ever have before!
Triathlon & Ironman
Love being active? Cant chose just one activity? Then Triathlon/Ironman is for you. Involving a combination of swimming, cycling, and running these events are exciting. Receive a personalized plan & instruction that will develop your skills in all three areas!
Love the open road, the fresh air, the wind in your face? Then cycling is for you! This low impact sport is a great way to improve your fitness while being easier on your body. Receive a personalized plan that will help get you cycling all day!
Muay Thai & Kickboxing
Secretly always wanted to be a ninja? Or maybe you just want to learn how to defend yourself. Whatever your reason Muay Thai/Kickboxing is a great and exciting way to develop your fitness, mobility, coordination, and confidence.
Hockey Skills & Conditioning
Ready to take your game to the next level? Then its time to take your training to the next level! Year round training available to help you develop your skills, bulk up, build strength, and develop power.
Minimum of one coached session per week. A custom plan will be created for you to follow on your own for the remainder of the week. Virtual support will also be provided throughout the week.
Small Group Sessions
Minimum of one coached small group (less than five people) session per week, with a personalized plan for each member to follow throughout the remainder of the week. Each member will also receive virtual support throughout the week.
Two options available. First, non-coached where you receive a exercise plan to follow on your own and virtual support throughout the week. Second, receive a exercise plan to follow with a minimum of one coached session over zoom per week, as well as virtual support.
